This option offers the ideal blend of instruction with engaging ranch experiences. In the morning sessions, teams come together and discover their strengths to be maximized and opportunities to be minimized to enable their high performance. The analogy of a horse and rider is integrated throughout the morning discussion and then brought to life in the afternoon through engaging ranch experiences. The climax of the day is the horseback ride to the top of a nearby hill where participants review their key insights from the day.
